Gym Ball Workouts

I just purchased it. I have only tried clicking on one level. I use a MacBook Pro. The level 1 screen has 11 selections as far as I can tell. The problem is that last selection (although there may be more), extends down past the bottom of the screen. The ap is too long and the last selections cannot be selected becasue they drop below the program icons at the bottom of the screen. This is tue even if I scroll down as far as possible in the ap. The only options I have are to close or minimize the program. There is no in between. Help?
